The information you provide will be confidential and for our records only, we do not give out personal information, and the information you provide us will help us better serve you.

Personal Consulting Fees...

Payment will be accepted at the time of the consultation. For over the phone consultation, credit card information will be given and authorization given before the consultation begins. For in person consulting payment arrangements can be arranged at that time.
